Growth infrastructure · Chiropractic practices first

Rebuild your practice's site without losing the search equity you earned.

Most redesigns quietly cost you traffic, because nobody accounts for the addresses Google already knows. We inventory every one of them first, and an automated gate blocks the launch if a single page or redirect comes up short.

GrowthPraetorian verified migration

Every legacy URL accounted for before DNS moves, with a written way back.

Per engagement, not per seat · you own the site, the domain and the content

Parity gate · illustration1 blocking
  • /services/spinal-decompression/content matched200

  • /our-team-2019//about/301
  • /wp-content/uploads/clinic.jpgshipped with buildasset
  • /promo/summer/no redirect plannedblocked

The build does not ship while a row is blocking. Nothing goes live on a promise that it was checked.

1Repo and deploy per practice

Your site is its own codebase with its own hosting and its own data. You are never a row in someone else's database.

100%Of legacy URLs redirected

Every address the old site answered gets a permanent redirect, and an automated gate fails the build if one is missing.

0Surprise deploys

Improvements reach your site as a versioned package you adopt on purpose, never as a push to everyone at once.

What we do

Four things, done properly

Not a website with marketing bolted on. The site, the migration, the gate that proves the migration worked, and the ongoing search work, as one engagement.

I

The site itself

A fast static site on Cloudflare's edge network. Structured data, canonical URLs, disciplined heading structure, image handling and landing pages, all generated from one configuration rather than assembled by hand.

  • Astro build, no WordPress and no plugin stack to patch
  • LocalBusiness and Article structured data
  • Analytics wired at build time
II

Migration off WordPress

We crawl and snapshot the existing site, convert its pages into content the new site owns, carry the media across, and plan a redirect for every URL the old site answered.

  • Full URL inventory taken before anything changes
  • Permanent redirects for legacy, query and paginated paths
  • Media referenced by old pages carried across or flagged
III

The gate before launch

An automated parity check compares the new site against the captured original, page by page. Sanctioned changes pass. A page that lost content, a redirect leading nowhere, or an image the build does not ship fails it.

  • Runs in your repository on every change
  • Advisory while we port, blocking once launch is declared
  • Findings are recorded, not waved through
IV

Search and content method

Local search and Google Business Profile alignment, optimization for AI search surfaces, Search Console reporting, and an editorial process for ongoing pages. A documented method, run by us.

  • Google Business Profile alignment
  • AI search (GEO) optimization
  • Search Console reporting and content briefs
How it works

The order matters more than the speed

Every step exists because skipping it is how migrations lose traffic. Nothing about your live site changes until the gate and you both agree.

  1. I

    Access, then discovery

A signed agreement does not start the clock. Access does: Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile, DNS and the current site's admin. Some of it usually sits with the vendor being replaced, and that is a conversation we handle.

  2. II

    Import and rebuild

We snapshot the current site, take a full URL inventory, and rebuild it as a codebase you own. You review the result on a private address while the live site keeps running untouched.

  3. III

Parity gate, then go or no-go

The automated gate has to agree that nothing was lost before anything gets scheduled. You get the findings, and the decision to proceed is yours in writing.

  4. IV

    Cutover with a way back

DNS moves in a planned window with record lifetimes lowered ahead of time, mail records replicated first, and a written rollback path. We verify the live site against the captured original after the flip, not before.

  5. V

    The monthly cycle

Hosting, updates, content, local search work, and reporting on what actually moved. You see the same numbers we do.

Pricing

Quoted per engagement, after we look at your site

There is no price list here, because a number published before anyone has seen your site is either padded to cover the worst case or too low to do the work properly. What drives yours: how large the current site is, how much of it has to move, what shape the content is in, and how much ongoing work you want. We scope it on the call and put the number in writing before anyone signs anything.

Launch

The site, migrated and measured. Rebuild, redirect plane, parity gate, analytics, Business Profile alignment, hosting and monthly reporting.

Growth

Launch, plus an ongoing content and local search program: monthly pages, AI search optimization, and landing pages as campaigns need them.

AI Growth Partner

Growth, plus the automation layer, scoped per practice. Some of it is live product today and some is roadmap, and we will tell you which is which on the call.

In every engagement, at every tier

  • Your own repository, your own hosting project, your own data
  • Redirect plan for every URL the current site answers
  • Automated parity gate that blocks a launch it cannot verify
  • Structured data, canonical URLs and analytics wired at build
  • A written rollback path before DNS moves
  • You keep the site, the domain and the content

What you will not find here: a promise about rankings, traffic or a date by which either improves. We commit to the process and to measurement you can audit yourself.

Questions

The ones worth asking any vendor

Will this cost me the rankings I already have?

Protecting them is the whole design. We inventory every URL the current site answers before touching anything, plan a permanent redirect for each one, and run an automated comparison that fails the build if a page lost content or a redirect leads nowhere. What we will not do is promise you new rankings. Nobody honest can, and our own delivery documents commit to process and measurement rather than outcomes.

Do you promise results by a certain date?

No. We commit to a process, and to measurement you can audit. Anyone quoting you a ranking position or a traffic number on a timeline is guessing, and it is worth asking them what happens when the guess is wrong.

Who owns the site, the domain and the content?

You do, all three. The site is a repository you get access to, the domain stays in your registrar account, and the content is yours. There is no proprietary builder you have to keep paying in order to keep your pages.

Is my site sharing a system with your other clients?

No, and not by accident. It is a hard architectural rule: each practice gets its own codebase, its own hosting project and its own data. One client's problem cannot reach another client's site, and nothing ships to you because someone else asked for it.

What happens to my old WordPress site?

It keeps running untouched while we build. At cutover we point DNS at the new site and leave the old one standing, so the rollback path is real rather than theoretical. Decommissioning it is a separate decision you make later.

Why chiropractic practices?

Because depth beats breadth. The same integrations, the same local search patterns, the same referral networks. We take work outside the vertical when it fits, but we are not pretending to be generalists.

How new is this?

New, and we would rather say so than pad a client list. The migration pipeline, the build and the parity gate have run end to end on a real practice site of roughly two hundred pages. No client has cut over yet. If being an early engagement is not what you want right now, that is a fair position, and we will tell you when there is more to show.

Find out what a migration would actually involve.

A call, a look at the current site, and a straight answer about scope and cost. If the answer is that you should not move yet, we will say so.
